When you book an expedition through us, we will take care and prepare all thats needed for your safe departuren. We will hook you up with a local contact and let you talk to our guides. We can advice on insurance , equipment and travel connections. All local logistics are provided by 7 summit Store.
For purchases in our store, you have a 30 day refund option. Producst have to be returned in good condition. Return shippng cost are for the buyer. This way we promote self-awareness and not reckless buying behaviour

Generally, shipping takes maximum 5 days for Europe. 10 Days for US and Canada and 2 weeks for other parts of the world. Keep in mind that producstcan be stuck at customs which is out of our reach.
